Here’s a little of what our time together will look like

 
 

Our time together will be reflective and celebratory. I will spend time beforehand getting to know you and your story —how you give and experience love, whether you are more introverted or extroverted, how you like to spend your time with one another — gathering this information so on your wedding day or session I can help bring out those things in a natural way. When you are in front of my camera I want nothing more than for you to be present with one another and the landscape around you. This often looks like placing you in good light, prompting & directing you in ways that are already natural to you two, and composing each image to help tell a story.

After photographing weddings for over 7 years, I’ve learned the importance of having a photographer that walks a delicate balance of being a professional - keeping things on time and running smoothly, and a friend - someone you can ask advice and feel natural and comfortable around.

All photo packages are customizable and come with unlimited consultations, timeline prep, and my Wedding or Elopement Planning Guide.

I fell into my love for videography while filming adventures as an outdoor recreation guide. Now, I use this documentary approach with each wedding or elopement, capturing all the in-between moments, the sounds, the environment - in hopes to put you back in that moment over and over.

All video packages are customizable and include select audio recordings, music selection, timeline prep, and my Client Video Guide to walk you through everything you need to know about having a videographer at your event.

Fill Out My Contact Form

Fill out my contact form to get the conversation started. Within 1-2 business days I will send over my Investment & Pricing Guide and answer any questions you left on the form.

Schedule a Call

Within a few days of your inquiry, we will set up a Zoom call so we can get to know each other better and I can hear more about your ideas for your wedding. We will also talk more about my approach and answer any questions you have about my Investment Guide.

Book

I ask for 30% of your package price as a retainer and a signed contract to book. From then your date is saved in my calendar and we begin the planning process!

Start Planning

Once the contract is signed and retainer paid, you will receive my Planning Guide and we will begin crafting your itinerary or timeline. During this time we will 1-2 Zoom calls, text conversations, or phone calls to ensure we are on the same page when the day comes. My goal during this time is also to get to know you two and your relationship a bit more in order to tell your story authentically.

Wedding Day

On your wedding day I will capture everything within our pre-discussed set time of coverage. I will capture all parts of your day while also meeting your family and friends, eating, hiking, and participating in all the activities we’ve planned for the day. I want you to feel like I am a friend attending your celebration, not just a stranger who is a fly on the wall.

Preview

Photos: Within one week of your wedding or session, you will receive a preview of 15-30 images. Video: If you booked a trailer film with your video package, this is sent out within three weeks from your wedding day.

Photo/Film Delivery

Full photo galleries are delivered approx. 8 weeks after your wedding and full films are delivered 4-5 months after your wedding. Photo galleries are delivered through an online gallery and hosted for one year. Both the high resolution and web-size images available for download. Films are delivered through an online portal and hosted there for 10 years. They will also be available for 4k & HD download. I give instructions on how to save video files on my Client Video Guide.

Order Prints & Create an Album

Once you receive your gallery you will gain access to a professional grade print shop with all any of print you can image. If you order an album, I am available to help with photo selection and design so the layout tells a story of your wedding day. You will have access to the print shop for one year - during which I run a variety of sales.

 
 
 

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I do not offer both photo and video at the same event or session. Both take a considerable amount of attention in their own unique way, and I want to put all my efforts into one or the other. However, I do offer photo & video packages in collaboration with Alexa Ann Photography and Kailee Meyer Photography. I also have a list of incredible photographers I love getting to work with that I am happy to share upon request!

  • All travel inside WA is included. For out of state, domestic travel I charge a flat fee of $750. For international travel I charge a flat fee of $1800. These fees cover my roundtrip plane ticket, lodging and transportation.

  • I do not typically use a second shooter, however for specific situation like large weddings or multi-location coverage you can add on a second shooter to any package.

  • I do offer a raw footage add-on to any of my video packages. This is an unedited, uncut timeline of all the footage that didn’t make your final film.

    Raw images are very large files and hard to deliver or open. (Just about half a GB!) Part of hiring me as your photographer is trusting me with the editing style of each image. I do not deliver raw images.

  • Yes! This is a popular option for destination weddings or multi-day backpacking elopements. I am an experienced backpacker and traveler and love to shoot multi-day events.

  • All print galleries are delivered with access to a professional print shop. There you will find a variety of printing and album options.

  • I am currently living in Seattle, WA, but travel often to Southern California, Central Oregon, Eastern Washington and Utah. Be it by van or plane I am always happy to come to you!
